Iis P. Tussyadiah
Iis is President of the International Federation for Information Technologies and Travel & Tourism (IFITT) (2018-Present), having served as Vice President from 2014 – 2017. She is a founding member of the Alliance for Innovators and Researchers in Tourism and Hospitality (AIRTH) and a member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), SIGCHI, and SIGMOBILE. Iis serves as Associate Editor of Annals of Tourism Research and Editorial Board member of Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, and Information Technology & Tourism. She received several Best Paper Awards at ENTER conferences in 2008, 2013, and 2016, I-CHRIE in 2008, and Advances in Destination Management in 2012. Iis was awarded Best Emerging Scholar in Tourism (BEST) by the International Tourism Studies Associations (ITSA) in 2016.
Iis is a Reader in Hospitality and Digital Experience with the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of Surrey, where she leads the Digital Visitor Economy research group and the Digital Lab. Her research interest centers around behavior and decision making, and designing technologies to influence behavior and experiences.

Carlos Palma Zurita
Computer Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Logic, Computing and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Seville. Specialized in R&D, with experience in the public and private spheres, having worked in the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of the CSIC, and currently in Guadaltel as an R&D+i developer.
Alfonso Martínez Cuadrado
Double degree in Physics and Chemistry and degree in Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has studied specialization in Blockchain technology and works as a developer in Guadaltel.
Rafael Navascues Fernández-Victorio
Degree in Physics from the University of Seville. Partner and Director of Guadaltel, an Andalusian firm that operates in the ICT sector and has been developing tools mainly in open source software, for 27 years. He has among his clients different administrations from several Latin American countries, Spain and multilateral organizations such as the United Nations and the European Commission.

Jesús Hernández Galán
PhD in Forestry Engineering and Master in Business Management and Master in Environmental Management. Since 2003 he has been Director of Universal Accessibility and Innovation at Fundación ONCE. Vice-president of ENAT (European Network for Accessible Tourism).
Director of different master’s degrees on accessibility, he has given many lectures in Spanish and foreign universities. He is a member of the scientific committees of several national and international conferences, as well as editor-in-chief of the magazine Jorunal of Accessibility of the UPC.

Currently, Luis is in charge of a new team in Amadeus in charge of monitoring the content and doing benchmarks against several types of competitors. The team manages all the content data within the Travel Channels organization.
He started at Amadeus in 2009, beginning in the Spanish local office where he created a new business unit and the Customer Experience Department. During 5 years he was the Global Account Manager for BCD, fully dedicated to this TMC and responsible for the GDS relation.
Before joining Amadeus, Luis worked in medium size consultancy companies. He has been always involved in projects related to sales forces and customer satisfaction. A wide variety of projects that were also followed by a varied range of countries where he has been working: Europe, Latin America and Africa.
Luis holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Carlos III of Madrid and from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen, France. In 2011 he finished and Executive MBA by the IESE Business School – University of Navarra.
Luis is Spanish; he also is fluent in English, French and have a medium level of Portuguese. Luis is also teacher of Travel Distribution at IEBS and collaborates with several startups as a mentor or business angel.
